| Head shell fix | |
This picture shows the re-assembly of the driver dampening materials to the head shell. I reused the original felt and foam. There was a spot where the wire enters the head shell that I added another strip of foam. Since this is my first HP-1 refurbishing job I decided not to add any caulking to plug the vents in the head shell. |

I did add some additional dampening by cutting out and shaping a piece of felt (for each head shell). This felt piece was placed between the driver and the original foam dampening pad. |
